Police are appealing for information following a report of a burglary in Belfast last night, Monday 25th March.
Detective Sergeant McCartan said: "We received a report that a man was assaulted and his house burgled shortly before 8pm in the Donegall Pass area by three people wearing gloves and masks.
"They threatened the occupant of the house and made off with a phone and a wallet. Thankfully the man was not left physically injured but shaken.
"Enquires are ongoing to establish the circumstances of the incident, and we are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnesses any suspicious activity, or who has any information which might assist us, to get in touch.
“The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 1775 of 25/03/24."
