Legacy Investigation Branch
Legacy Investigation Branch (LIB) review and investigate unsolved ‘non-troubles’ related deaths between 1969 and 2004 and related deaths arising from the Northern Ireland ‘Troubles’ between 10 April 1998 and 1 March 2004.
Legacy Support Unit and Sensitive Litigation Team
Legacy Support Unit and Sensitive Litigation team manage discovery and disclosure in support of the delivery of sensitive and Legacy Inquests , the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme, Victims' Payments Board, civil litigation and judicial reviews.
Sensitive Disclosure Governance Unit
Sensitive Disclosure Governance Unit manage disclosure of sensitive information to Criminal Justice Partners and the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland.
