Officers working within the Operational Planning Hub are responsible for the daily tasking and coordination of a number of specialist resources in support of local District Policing and various operations departments throughout the entire province.
Requests for assistance from colleagues, partners and external agencies are received on a daily basis and are subject to a rigorous assessment process. Resources are allocated in order of prioritisation based on assessing the current Threat, Harm, Risk and Opportunity with our main focus on Keeping People Safe.
