The McCullough Review was established to examine the conduct of the Police Service of Northern, arising from concerns raised in relation to surveillance of journalists and other groups.
The independent review was led by Mr Angus McCullough KC. Its purpose was to consider the issues raised, assess relevant practices and decisions and make recommendations to ensure accountability.
