Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does hold information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.

Following on from my previous request FOI/7, could I request updated figures from
1st APRIL 2025 TO PRESENT.
1. How many officers have received more than 28 days, 30 days and 34 days annual leave in the form of payment, when they retire? Retirement can be either in the normal retirement process or ill health retirement process.
Answer
From April 2025 there are no Officers (0) who have been paid more than 28 days for annual leave.
