Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does hold information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.
Request
We require records of any previous police attendances for anti-social behaviour in McDonalds, Donegal Place, Belfast premises. For the avoidance of doubt we will require police attendances from the year 2021 and the year 2022.
Answer
Police attended 52 anti-social behaviour related incidents during this time.
