Total number of arrests of people of the following nationalities for the years 2017 - 2024: Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Albania, Syria, and Eritrea.
Answer
PSNI can confirm that there were 725 unique individuals arrested and processed through police custody from 1 January 2017 – 31 December 2024, whose nationality included: Islamic Republic of Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Albania, Syrian Arab Republic or Eritrea.
