Request 1
I would like to request a copy of all documentation relating to the monitoring of and investigation of the Ballymaconnelly parade in Rasharkin on 23rd August 2024. This includes all video evidence, recorded incidents (including those recorded and reported via internal communications).
Request 2
Any recording of undue stoppages or any breach of the Parades Commission determination, either verbally, written down, or video recorded by the PSNI and/or individual officers on the night.
Request 3
Any documentation on decisions on whether or not to record, further investigate or publicly disclose a breach of the Parades Commission decision relating to the Ballymaconnelly Parade in Rasharkin in either 2023 or 2024
Request 4
Any record of any breach of the parades commission determination or code of conduct on 23rd August 2024

A record of recorded incidents relating to the parade at Main Street Rasharkin on 23rd August

Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) does not hold information in relation to your requests. Enquiries made in relation to your request failed to locate any records or documents relevant to your request based on the information you have provided.
There were no breaches or suspected breaches of determination at this parade so no investigation was undertaken. All Evidence Gathering Team (EGT) and Body Worn Video (BWV) recorded at the time of the parade was overridden 30 days after the event as there were no breaches or suspected breaches of determination. Accordingly, we have determined that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does not hold the information to which you seek access.
