Request 2
Please supply me with copies of all relevant polices the PSNI are required to adopt when recording and dealing with criminal complaints.
Clarification Sought
Can you advise: Is the request for information around how crime is recorded by the Service; or is it for information on how the Service records and deals with crime reports / complains about crime made by the public?
Clarification Received
The PSNI issued a statement in relation to how they record, assess and deal with crime. According to the statement it was published on the 18th May 2021. The below link refers.

You will see that the PSNI statement in effect covers the queries you have raised.
The information I require is if this statement is the only current PSNI policy regarding recording and dealing with crime.
Given the statement is over four years old it may have been updated, If it has, please provide me with a copy of the new statement and confirm it is current PSNI Policy.
If it has not please confirm that the statement issued on 18th May 2021 is current PSNI Policy.
There may be other PSNI policies on how the PSNI have responsibility for recording and dealing with crime.
