The total number of people who have been penalised for using a mobile phone or handheld device while driving within Northern Ireland for each year between 1 January 2020 and the most recent available data in 2025. If available, please break this down by:
Year, Gender (if recorded), Age group (if recorded), Type of penalty issued (e.g. fixed penalty notice, court prosecution, etc.)
If possible, please provide the data in an electronic, machine-readable format such as CSV or Excel.
