How many firearms certificates was reported as not being received by the applicant after being sent out from the firearms branch in the month of January 2026 to date?
Answer
There have been 3 reports of firearm certificates not being received in January to date.
Once a firearm certificate is enveloped by Firearms and Explosives Branch it is sent to Postal Unit in PSNI Headquarters who liaise with Royal Mail to arrange delivery to the holder.
