How many PSNI social clubs have accepted the donation of fixed odds betting terminals (FOBTs)/electronic gaming machines over the past ten calendar years. If any donations have been accepted, please provide the name of the company or individual responsible for the donation, the number of machines received, the date the items were received and the name and location of the club.
