Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does hold information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.

How many fixed penalty notices have been issued in Alderwood Hill and Royal Oaks, Belfast 8 in each of the past 5 years?
Request 2
How many of those at 1 above related to dangerous parking in the vicinity of a primary school?
Request 3
How many of those at 1 above related to obstruction of access to a residential property.
Answer
There were no fixed penalty notices issued between 1st January 2020 and 31st December 2024 where the address was recorded as Alderwood Hill or Royal Oaks Belfast.
