These questions pertain to warranted PSNI officers only.

What means of rewarding good conduct are available to officers who have a supervisory or managerial responsibility for other officers?
Request 2
Since 1st of January 2015 could you please provide a yearly breakdown of the number and type of rewards granted, if any, for good conduct excluding the Police Long Service and Good Conduct Medal?

Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) does not hold information in relation to your requests. Enquiries made in relation to your request failed to locate any records or documents relevant to your request based on the information you have provided.
PSNI do not currently have any means by which to reward good conduct to warranted officers who have supervisory or managerial responsibility for other officers. Therefore, PSNI do not grant awards for good conduct, other than the Police Long Service & Good conduct medal.
Accordingly, we have determined that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does not hold the information to which you seek access.
