Does the force use Connect systems, run by NEC Software solutions?
If not please tell me which system the force uses. If yes please answer the following:

When did the force become aware of the ‘failed submissions" technical fault, to do with this software?

How long does the force estimate this fault has been occurring?

By Calendar year, since the connect system went live in the force, please provide:

How many tickets have been raised due to IT faults/errors due to the connect system.

How many crimes reported by members of the public and inputted by officers have initially failed to record on police systems due to ‘failed submissions"?

Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) does not hold information in relation to your requests. Enquiries made in relation to your request failed to locate any records or documents relevant to your request based on the information you have provided.
PSNI does not use the NEC Connect Records Management System, we are a NicheRMS force.
Accordingly, we have determined that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does not hold the information to which you seek access.
