The estimated  financial cost of psychological sick absence for the PSNI (Police Officer and Police Staff) for the 3 financial years set out below is:

22/23 – Police Officer : £12.52m      Police Staff: £1.57m

23/24 – Police Officer:  £22.35m     Police Staff: £2.19m

24/25 – Police Officer : £27.12m     Police Staff: £1.93m
