Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does hold information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.
Question 1
As a refinement to FOI/15015, please provide information on both formal and informal disciplinary action.
Clarification Sought
In our response for FOI/15015, we advised it was not possible to provide data for both formal and informal discipline relating to DASH, within the statutory 18 hour retrieval time.
Would you be content to receive the sanctions that were applied from formal misconduct proceedings relating to failing to complete a DASH and/or falsifying a DASH, during the last 5 years?
Clarification received
Yes the sanctions from formal disciplinary.
Answer
No officers have received a formal misconduct sanction during the past 5 years for failure to complete a DASH and/or falsifying a DASH.
