Can you tell me under the Freedom of Information Act how many offenders living under your jurisdiction are subject to notifications under the Terrorism Act?
Answer
There are 60 persons who are currently subject to Part 4 Counter Terrorism Act (2008) Notification Requirements within Northern Ireland.

Can you tell me what proportion of them are considered to be from a catholic or nationalist background, what proportion of them are considered to be from a protestant background and what proportion are from another background?
Answer
32 persons have self-declared as Roman Catholic Religion.
4 persons have self-declared as Protestant Religion.
24 persons are Other/Unknown Religion.
