When do PSNI expect to receive the first interim merit list from Deloitte?
Answer 1
PSNI expect to receive the first interim merit list from Deloitte in mid-May 2025.

When do PSNI expect to begin PSNI managed stages for fast track candidates?
Answer 2
We expect to begin processing candidates on the first interim merit list through the PSNI managed stages in mid-May 2025.

What month do PSNI anticipate the first candidates from these merit lists commencing training?
Answer 3
We anticipate that these candidates will commence training from August 2025, subject to the successful completion of all remaining pre-employment stages.

How many courses planned between now and April 2026?

10 Student Officer training courses are expected to commence between now and the end of the 2025/26 financial year.

It is anticipated that 30 – 50 Student Officers will commence on each training course.
