Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does hold some of the information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.

Was the PSNI deployed in London in October 2025?
Answer
Under the Freedom of Information Act, is the request for recorded information and as your request are seeking yes/ no answers and or opinion which we believe falls under Section 8 FOIA.
However, to assist, we can advise that following a request from The Metropolitan Police Service (The Met), PSNI provided Police Support Units on Mutual Aid. The officers were requested to assist due to a number of competing events happening in the London area on this date.

Enquiries made in relation to your request failed to locate any records or documents relevant to your request based on the information you have provided. Enquiries made failed to locate any information relating to the events in London and if an arrests were made. These questions would need to be answered by The Met Police.
Accordingly, we have determined that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does not hold the information to which you seek access in questions 2 and 3.
