Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland does hold information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.
Question
Three years data obtained by Road Safety vehicles parked at Ravernet crossroads to capture speeding offences on Ravernet Road.
The number of times their vehicles were parked there, the number of speeding offences captured, the range of speeds captured in ten mph sections from 30mph to the highest speeds.
Three years data obtained by the Speed Indication Board that was affixed to a pole on the Ravernet Road, and only removed recently in 2025. In particular, the range of speeds captured over these three years.
Answer
Between 1st October 2022 and 30th September 2025, there were 106 Road Safety Partnership mobile camera van deployments to ‘Ravernet Road’, recording a total of 463 speeding offences. Please the table below which provides the ‘speeds in bands’
