Can I please be furnished with police records on the number of reported road traffic accidents on the Grange Road, Parkgate, BT39 ODH over the past five years?
Answer
For the period 1st May 2020 to 30th April 2025 (latest 5 year period recorded by our Statistics Branch) there was 1 injury involved collision on the Grange Road, Parkgate. The data extract covers the extent of the Grange Road from its junction with The Burn Road to its junction with the Ballymena Road. Please be aware that this does not include collisions at the above named junctions. Figures relate to injury involved collisions reported to police. The above data has been Quality Assured by the PSNI.
PSNI do not hold all the information regarding ‘road traffic collisions’ on a central database. While PSNI hold central statistics for ‘injury involved collisions’ centrally, the data for ‘damage only collisions’, as this information is held on the database NICHE, cannot be retrieved without a manual search of the data.
We have conducted a manual search to retrieve data on ‘damage only collisions’. Please note figures may not be accurate as we are reliant on the reporting person and their provision of the location. From 1st July 2024 to 1st July 2025, there were 4 incidents recorded on Grange Road, BT39 ODH, where the closing code for the search was ‘RTC – Damage Only’.
