The below request is a follow-on request, based on the response to FOl/16188.
Your request for information has now been considered. In respect of Section 1(1)(a) of the Act we can confirm that the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) does hold information to which your request relates. The decision has been taken to disclose the following.

PSNl's answer to question 2 is really helpful - it says one perpetrator stalked 14 different people.
Can you please tell me how many of the 14 that person targeted in each year? This will help me make a direct comparison.
Answer
We have sought clarification from the Legal Adviser who dealt with this Stalking Protection Order (SPO) who has provided the following:
14 people were not stalked by the offender. The injured party was stalked and the Order was made on their behalf. 13 others were named in the Order in relation to no-contact provisions to prevent the offender seeking to make contact with the injured party.
