How many Sudden Death (SD1s) reports were completed for sudden deaths in post code area BT30 1st September 2023 - 31st August 2025?
N.B. No desire to seek to identify any individual

PSNI have reviewed reported sudden deaths in BT30 and have identified 12 instances whereby a form SD1 was submitted as a result of a sudden death investigation within this postcode.
