Police investigating suspicious activity or fraud involving tradespeople have made an arrest.
A 34-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, 4th February, on suspicion of fraud by false representation and has since been charged. He is due to appear before Ballymena Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 26th February.
Meanwhile, anyone who believes they may have been targeted by a fraudulent trader, or who has information about suspicious activity involving rogue tradespeople in the community is asked to contact police.
Larne Neighbourhood Inspector Ash is encouraging anyone similarly affected to get in contact: "If you, or someone you know has been affected by fraud, perhaps involving incomplete building work, please report it to us on 101.
