Detectives are appealing for information following the report of a burglary in Magherafelt on Thursday, 4th December.
Sergeant Law said: "It was reported shortly before 4:30pm that the owners of a commercial/business premises on Rainey Street had arrived to find a window had been smashed and money had been stolen from the till. Entry is believed to have been gained by using a hammer.
"It is believed that this has occurred around 3:20pm and that the male suspect was wearing a blue blanket, navy Tommy Hilfiger jumper, blue tracksuit bottoms and grey trainers and gloves.
"We are appealing to anyone who may have information that could assist in the investigation into this burglary. Particularly, if anyone may have CCTV, dash-cam or other video related footage. Please get in contact with officers on 101 quoting reference 928 04/12/25."
