Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a van in the High Street area of Bangor shortly before 4.40pm on Thursday, September 11.

Officers attended, along with colleagues from other emergency services colleagues, and one man, aged in his 20s was taken to hospital for treatment to serious injuries.

High Street was closed for some time, but has since reopened.

Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information, including dashcam or other video footage, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 1057 of 11/9/25.
