Detectives in Antrim are appealing for information following the report of a serious assault in the town in the early hours of Thursday 18th December.
It was reported that a man, aged in his 30’s, was attacked from behind as he walked along Greystone Link sometime between 11pm on Wednesday night and 1am on Thursday morning. As a result of the attack, the man sustained a broken arm, cuts to his face and head and bruising all over his body.
Detectives would ask anyone who has any information or who may have captured dash-cam or CCTV footage from the area which could help with their investigation, to call them in Antrim on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 61 18/12/25.
