Police officers on patrol last night, Wednesday 31st December, stopped a vehicle on the M5.
The driver, a 39-year-old man, was arrested on suspicion of a total of 14 offences.
Amongst the offences were a number of outstanding matters including burglary, stalking and harassment.
He remains in custody at this time.
