Police attended a report of a suspected World War Two bomb found in the vicinity of Laurel Hill Road in Coleraine shortly after 9.45am today, Wednesday 26th November.
Ammunition Technical Officers were tasked, and have carried out a controlled explosion.
No homes were evacuated during the incident.
