Officers investigating a reported stolen vehicle, which led to a pursuit along the M1 on Saturday 10th May, have charged a man to court.

The man, aged 24, has been charged with a number of offences including dangerous driving, resisting police and handling property stolen in the Republic of Ireland.

He is due to appear before Lisburn Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Monday 11th May.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
