Detectives have charged a man to court following a report of a sexual assault on a woman in the Talbot Street car park area of Newtownards on Monday 25th August.
The man, aged 26, has been charged with a number of sexual offences.
He is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates' Court today, Tuesday 26th August.
As is usual procedure, all charged will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
