Welcoming the appointment of Davy Beck, Mel Jones and Ryan Henderson as Assistant Chief Constables, Police Service of Northern Ireland, Chief Constable Jon Boutcher said: “I want to congratulate Davy, Mel and Ryan on their appointment.
