Detectives in Belfast are appealing for information following the reports of two burglaries.
Detective Sergeant McVeagh said: "A report was received at approximately 6:00am on Thursday, 4th September that an attempt had been made to enter a property in the Upper Dunmurry Lane area of the city.
"On examination, it appear that the suspects have entered outbuildings on the property and had attempted to also enter the main residence. Officers are working at this time to establish what, if anything has been stolen.
"A further report was received at around 8:30am that a property in Forest Park had been entered and ransacked with items of value being taken."
Detectives are investigating these reports and would like to hear from anyone with information or doorbell, dashcam or any other footage captured in the areas of the homes targeted.
