Detectives are appealing for witnesses and information following the report of an aggravated burglary in south Belfast on Saturday, 14th February.

Detective Sergeant Andrews said: “We received a report at around 6.05pm that a man carrying a knife had entered the living room of a property at around 5pm in the Eblana Street area, with two other unknown males also seen waiting outside.

“The occupants fled from the room when the male entered and, upon their return, noticed that the TV was missing.

“Our enquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area and saw anything suspicious, or who has any information, including CCTV, dash-cam or other footage, to contact us on the 101 number, quoting reference 1249 of 14/02/26.
