Detectives are appealing for information and witnesses following a recent burglary in Comber.

Police received a report that a house had been entered sometime between 6pm on Thursday, 24th July and 5am on Friday, 25th July in the Carnesure area of the Killinchy Road.

A sum of cash and three bank cards were stolen from a purse. Enquiries have revealed a sum of cash was subsequently lifted from a nearby ATM using the stolen cards.

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area on Thursday evening up until the early hours of Friday morning to call us on 101, quoting reference number 974 25/07/25.

We would be especially keen to hear from anyone who may have dash-cam, CCTV or mobile footage of area that we could review.
