Detectives investigating a burglary and assault at a house in the Lenaghan Crescent area of south Belfast on Friday, 7th November have charged a man to court.

The 27-year-old has been charged with burglary, common assault and assault on police, as well as vehicle interference, and going equipped for burglary.

He is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 5th December.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
