Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland continuing to investigate sporadic disorder earlier this month have made an arrest.
A 29-year-old man was arrested in the east Belfast area this morning, Monday 29th June, on suspicion of a number of offences including attempted murder, arson endangering life with intent and riot.
His arrest is in connection with a Glider being set on fire, and an arson attack caused to properties in the McMaster Street area of Belfast on Tuesday evening, 9th June.
The man remains in police custody at this time as our enquiries continue into the circumstances of what happened.
