Police have charged a man to court following an arrest made in the Ballymena area on Saturday, 30th May.

The 35-year-old is charged with three counts of common assault and is due to appear before Ballymena Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 25th June.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

The man was also bailed in relation to a number of drugs offences, to allow for further police enquiries.
