Police in Derry/Londonderry investigating a report of theft from a shopping centre in the Orchard Street area of the city, have charged a man to court.

The 38-year-old was arrested by District Support Team officers on Thursday, 20th November and has been charged with two counts of theft.

He is due to appear before Londonderry Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 17th December.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
