A man has been charged to court following an arrest made by District Support Team officers in Derry/Londonderry on Friday, 24th April in the Skeoge Link Road area.

The 65-year-old is charged with possession of a Class A controlled drug, possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a Class A controlled drug and obstructing powers of search for drugs.

He is due to appear before Derry/Londonderry Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, 25th April.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
