A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged to court following the report of an assault in the Dunclug Park area this morning, Monday 25th of May.
He has been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offense. The man is due to appear before Antrim Magistrates’ Court sitting at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 26th May.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
