A man has been charged to court following a report of a serious sexual assault in Belfast on 14/06/26
The man, aged in his 40s, has been charged with a number of offences including rape , false imprisonment, non-fatal strangulation and sexual assault.
He is expected to appear before to Belfast magistrates today, Monday 15th June.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
