Police have charged a man to court following a report of theft from a store on the Circular Road in Newtownards on Wednesday, 6th August.

The 29-year-old has been charged with theft, attempted theft and possession of a Class B controlled drug.

He is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 4th September.

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
