Officers in the Reducing Offending Unit (ROU) investigating a series of commercial burglaries, have charged a 34-year-old man with eight counts of burglary and three counts of fraud by false representation.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates on 22nd August 2025.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
The charges are in relation to a series of commercial burglaries which have been investigated by our Reducing Offending Unit. They occurred in the Belfast City Centre area sometime between October 2024 and February 2025
