Police received and responded to a report of a car on fire in the Fitzroy Street area of Portadown at around 1.30am this morning, Sunday 14th June.
Inspector Woods said: “Colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service also attended the incident, which resulted in significant damage being caused to the vehicle. Thankfully, there were no reports of any injuries.
“Our enquiries are ongoing this morning to establish the circumstances of the incident, and we are appealing to anyone who might have seen any suspicious behaviour in the area, or who has any information, to get in touch.
“The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 137 of 14/06/26.”
