Police are currently at the scene of a stabbing incident in the Chippendale Avenue area of Bangor this evening, Wednesday, 24th December.

We can confirm two people were taken to hospital, with one in a critical condition.

An update will follow in due course.

Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who may have any information which could assist – including CCTV or other footage – is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference number 914 of 24/12/25.
