Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Public Order Enquiry Team investigating recent disorder have charged three more people to court.
Two men aged 27 and 42 have been charged with riot, while a third man aged 32 has been charged with burglary with intent to cause unlawful damage. All charges relate to disorder in Ballymena in June.
The men are due to appear before Ballymena Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday, 5th July.
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
Officers have made 46 arrests to date relating to recent racially-motivated disorder.
