Road users are advised to expect traffic disruption in Lisburn on Friday evening, 9th May, due to two planned parades.
The first parade is expected to start at 6.30pm in the Lissue Crescent area, before making its way through Drumadoon Drive, Moira Road, Longstone Street, Chapel Hill, Bow Street, Market Square, Market Street, and finishing on Smithfield Street.
At 8pm, the second parade will move off from Linenhall Street, Laganbank Road, Bridge Street, Market Square South, Market Square, Market Street, Smithfield Street, Market Place, Chapel Hill, Governors Road Roundabout, Chapel Hill, Governors Road Roundabout, Chapel Hill, Bow Street, Market Square North, Railway Street, Wallace Avenue, ending at 11pm on Sackville Street.
There will be disruption to traffic due to the volume of participants and spectators expected.
Local road closures and diversions may be required between 6.30pm and 11pm.
If you are not attending the parade, please seek an alternative route for your journey where possible.
