Detectives in Belfast arrested two people and searched a number of homes in the west of the city this morning, Tuesday 16th September.

Two men - aged 41 and 39 - have been arrested on suspicion of arson and other related offences.

This police operation is part of our ongoing investigation into a series of arsons in Belfast, Moira and Lisburn in January and February 2025.
